Welcome visitors/spectators. Answer phone calls during the event. Priority to bilingual volunteers.

CREDENTIALS

Preparing all the credentials before and during the event.

V.I.P. AREA

Welcome VIPs and general service in the VIP area. Minimum age: 18
Priority to bilingual volunteers.

INFORMATION BOOTH

Answer questions of athletes, spectators (booths on site)

REGISTRATION

Welcoming and registration to athletes.
Priority to bilingual volunteers.

SHUTTLE/ERRANDS

Ensure shuttle service and assignments to various tasks. Valid driver's license and 25 +

PRE-RACE PREPARATION

Prepare various kits (and/or bags) to be used during the event (credentials, registration, media, volunteers kits, etc.)

MEDIA/PRESS ROOM

Welcome journalists and general service in the media room.

VOLUNTEER SERVICES

Welcome, direct and help volunteers with their questions. Distribution of lunches for volunteers during the event

EXHIBITOR SERVICES

Welcome, direct and help exhibitors and professionnal teams with their questions.

RACE / CHRONO SERVICE

The important link between the officials, the chrono team and the press room. The voluteers need to be in great physical shape (lots of running involve!)

DOPING SERVICE

Helping the official doping committee during the Wolrd Cup races.
