Velirium’s long-distance endurance challenge!
Once again this year the bravest will have the opportunity to do the Raid Velo Mag on three days! New in 2011, the 3-stages race can be done with the small distance races. Of course, each stage can also be done alone.

Please note that the distances may vary for a maximum of 10% of the total distance. Maps and elevations will be regularly updated on the website. Check them one week prior to the event to know the real distances.
No registration on the race day.
Pre-registration can be done online via FQSC website until Wednesday June 22 at 11:59 PM.

Licence : Racers who don't hold a licence can get one for 20 $ at the registration desk when they pick-up their plates. To expedite the process, please bring the completed form with the exact money.

Noon - 3:00 PM : Plates and chips pick-up ONLY for Raid Vélo Mag BIG and SMALL one and To-the-Top. Mont-Sainte-Anne.
4:00 PM - TO-THE-TOP / STAGE #1 RAID VÉLO MAG starts. Mont-Sainte-Anne.
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Registration and plates and chips pick-up for Raid Vélo Mag Stage #2 and #3. Quebec City Hall
6:30 PM approx. : Medals ceremony.
Saturday, June 25
6:45 AM : Shuttle leaves from Mont Sainte-Anne to Quebec City (reservation needed). Mont-Sainte-Anne, under the wooden ark.
6:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Plates and chips pick-up ONLY. Raid Vélo Mag Stage #2 - 77 km and 35 km. Quebec City Hall
9:30 AM : RAID VÉLO MAG / STAGE #2 - 77KM starts. In front of Chateau Frontenac.
10:00 AM : Shuttle leaves from Mont-Sainte-Anne to Château-Richer (reservations needed). Mont-Sainte-Anne, under the wooder ark.
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Plates and chips pick-up ONLY. Raid Vélo Mag Stage #2 - 35 km. École La Châtelaine, CHÂTEAU-RICHER (not L'Ange-Gardien!)
Noon : RAID VÉLO MAG / STAGE #2 - 35 KM starts. Chapelle St-Achillée (1000, route St-Achillée, Château-Richer)
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM : Registration, plates and chips pick-up for Raid Vélo Mag Stage #3 - 60 km and 30 km. Mont-Sainte-Anne.
4:30 PM approx. : Medals ceremony.
5:30 PM: Shuttle leaves from Mont-Sainte-Anne to Québec City (reservation needed). Mont-Sainte-Anne, under the wooden ark.
Sunday, June 26
7:00 AM - 8:30 AM : Plates pick-up ONLY. Raid Vélo Mag Stage #3 - 55 km and 25 km. Mont-Sainte-Anne.
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM : Chips pick-up ONLY. Raid Vélo Mag Stage #3 - 55 km. Mont-Sainte-Anne, FQSC tent at the start.
9:30 AM : RAID VÉLO MAG / STAGE #3 - 55 KM starts. Mont-Sainte-Anne.
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM : Plates pick-up ONLY. Raid Vélo Mag Stage #3 - 25 km. Mont Sainte-Anne.
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM : Chips pick-up ONLY. Raid Vélo Mag Stage #3 - 25 km. Mont-Sainte-Anne, FQSC tent at the start.
11:30 AM : RAID VÉLO MAG / STAGE #3 - 25 KM starts. Mont-Sainte-Anne.

PARKING
Hundreds of bikers will be gathering around Château Frontenac near the start. Please help us to make it smooth! As many streets are closed, we ask you to park your car in public parking lot before coming the the registration desk.

Saturday, June 25:
900 racers max for the 77 km / 300 racers max for the 35 km
Sunday, June 26:
750 racers max for the 55 km / 250 racers max for the 25 km
TIME TO COMPLETE THE RACE
Saturday: To be able to finish the race, participants must pass supply point #4 before 3:00 PM
Sunday : To be able to finish the race, participants must pass next to last supply point before 2:30 PM.
SHUTTLES
Reservation must be made at the same time as the web pre-registration or by phone with Jalycia at 418-827-1122. Bikes will be safely transported with the shuttles.

Cycles Lambert technical support zones
Technical support zones will be arranged at supply point along the raid. It will be possible to buy basic pieces that you can install yourself. Want to use this service? Confirm it by giving your credit card number when you pre-register. Obviously, only the pieces you use will be charged.
OTHER RULES
No registration on the race day.
No registration sent by fax or by mail will be accepted.
No refund.
Every participant needs to be FQSC/ACC/UCI members. Licence will be on sale for 20$ on site.
People doing the 3 stages Raid (BIG or SMALL) can change bikes for each stage as long as it stays a mountainbike (no cyclo-cross accepted).
Please note that you must wear a sweater with sleeves and closed shoes, even in case of very hot temperature.
